The top 35 dealerships in Canada get the Presidents Program Award for Sales Operational Excellence. This Award is based on the winning category breakdown for Sales Excellence, which also considers Customer Satisfaction, Toyota Purchase Recommendation, Sales Efficiency, and Retail Target Achievements.
